First and foremost I believe that in order to maximise results, it is incredibly important to build a strong relationship with all of my clients, both in and out of the gym.
I have been told that my approach differs from other Personal Trainers in the way that I deeply care and empathise with my clients needs. I always do my best to create a very personal experience in every way.
Who Do I Work With?
I work with clients of all different ages and abilities. As of today my clients ages range from 19 all the way up to 72!
I’ve worked with professional football players, rugby players, marines, badminton players, golfers, marathon runners, camera men, office workers and of course many stay at home mums…
I help people work towards a vast spectrum of goals. Including but not limited to rehabilitation, fighting obesity, sport performance, work related performance, dramatic weight loss and aesthetic body transformation…

What Is My Preferred Training Method?
I am a huge believer in weight training for any goal.
By using full body weighted exercises it’s very possible for anybody of any age to improve muscle size and strength, increase bone density, strengthen and reform posture, dramatically improve cardiovascular capacity and much more.

Where Do I Train People?
I train my clients at my home gym in Grove Green, Maidstone. For years I worked from a commercial gym but find that working with my clients in my own gym is much more personal.
This way there is no issue with parking or memberships, plus it means I can buy the equipment that is relevant to my clients.
How Can I Help You?
Depending on your starting point and your goal there are many different avenues we can explore to you move forwards.
Currently I offer:
- One to one gym sessions, once all the way up to five times per week. These are for complete beginners, intermediate and advanced experience levels
- Workout plans and nutrition guidance for intermediate and advanced experience levels (beginners need physical guidance)
- A combination of Personal Training and Life Coaching simultaneously, for clients who need help with motivation, confidence and self-esteem.
